Role Overview

As the Technical Lead, you will lead a team of talented software developers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for our ERP and automotive projects. You will design and implement robust software architectures, create detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, and ensure seamless deployment on AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Your deep expertise in ERP systems and automotive industry standards will be critical to driving project success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide technical guidance, support, and career development opportunities.  

• Architecture and Design:

  Design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems. Create detailed architecture diagrams, HLD, and LLD documents to guide development and implementation.  

• Cloud Deployment:

  Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of applications on AWS and Azure. Ensure cloud solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.  

• ERP and Automotive Expertise:

  Leverage your deep experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and automotive projects to deliver solutions that meet industry-specific requirements and standards, such as AUTOSAR or ISO 26262.  

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  

• Problem-Solving:

  Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security.  

• Innovation:

  Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud trends, and industry standards to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.  

• Project Management:

  Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. 

• Back End Development:

  Back-end development work including API development. 

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.  

• Experience:

    
• 8 + years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role, with a proven track record in software development.  
• Demonstrated expertise in ERP projects, including designing and implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).  
• Strong background in automotive projects, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.  
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, Blob Storage).  
• Proven ability to create HLD and LLD documents, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and detailed component specifications. 

• Technical Skills:

    
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to ERP systems, such as Node, React, Angular, Express, Java, C#, Python.  
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, and management on AWS and Azure.  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).  
• Knowledge of database administration, system architecture, and network administration. 

• Leadership and Communication:

    
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers and engineers.  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Problem-Solving:

    
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.  
• Experience leading distributed or remote development teams.  
• Knowledge of automotive-specific technologies and standards, such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, or automotive software development frameworks.  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Scrum, or Kanban.  
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, or ETL processes for ERP systems.
