In this role, you’ll:
⚡ Lead design & development of autodialer (predictive, power, preview, progressive).
⚡ Architect scalable systems with Asterisk/Kamailio/FreeSWITCH, Node.js, WebRTC.
⚡ Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) & compliance (DNC, GDPR).
⚡ Build real-time monitoring, analytics & reporting dashboards.
⚡ Mentor team, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.
⚡ Champion DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and security best practices.
