Technical Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) technologies to lead the design, development, and integration of scalable communication solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of APIs, messaging protocols, and customer engagement technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable CPaaS solutions.
• Architect and implement APIs for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice, and email communication.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and client teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Provide technical direction on cloud infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies for improving communication services.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Guide team members through code reviews, best practices, and technical problem-solving.
• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead/architect role.
• Proven experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, Kaleyra, Infobip, Gupshup, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python for backend development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of messaging protocols (SMPP, HTTP, SIP, XMPP, etc.)
• Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
