Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) technologies to lead the design, development, and integration of scalable communication solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of APIs, messaging protocols, and customer engagement technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable CPaaS solutions. Architect and implement APIs for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice, and email communication. Collaborate with product, DevOps, and client teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration. Provide technical direction on cloud infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization. Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies for improving communication services. Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Guide team members through code reviews, best practices, and technical problem-solving. Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead/architect role. Proven experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, Kaleyra, Infobip, Gupshup, or similar. Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python for backend development.
