Technical Expertise - Escalation Management: Escalated critical issues to Facebook and Business WhatsApp teams, ensuring timely resolution. - API Development: Developed and troubleshot APIs for WhatsApp, including Flow API, Payment API, and Address API, and conducted API testing using Postman. - Chatbot Development: Designed and implemented WhatsApp chatbots for clients like Berger Paints, Samsung, and Bank of Maharashtra using the Chatbot Builder product.
