Job Description

Product Development & Support - Product Development: Contributed to the development and enhancement of multiple products, including RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and Voice. - Client Onboarding: Managed the onboarding process for clients on platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, Truecaller, and Voice, handling account setup, white labeling, and routing configurations. Client Support & Issue Resolution - Issue Resolution: Provided technical support via email and calls to resolve WhatsApp and RCS issues for clients like Kotak, IDFC, and Flipkart. - Demonstrations & Support: Conducted product demonstrations and addressed client queries, offering solutions and technical guidance. Technical Expertise - Escalation Management: Escalated critical issues to Facebook and Business WhatsApp teams, ensuring timely resolution. - API Development: Developed and troubleshot APIs for WhatsApp, including Flow API, Payment API, and Address API, and conducted API testing using Postman. - Chatbot Development: Designed and implemented WhatsApp chatbots for clients like Berger Paints, Samsung, and Bank of Maharashtra using the Chatbot Builder product.
