We are expanding our technical support team to ensure our customers receive world-class service and assistance.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  technical assistance

  to clients via email, chat, and online meetings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot

  software, browser, and integration issues

  in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the

  development and design teams

  to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate

  support documentation and client communication records

  .
• Conduct

  training sessions

  for clients on how to use Logistifie products effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent

  communication and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client tickets and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with

  remote client interaction

  and screen-sharing sessions.
• Knowledge of tools such as

  Google Meet, Slack, ClickUp, or Trello

  is a plus.
• Good understanding of

  web technologies

  (HTML, JavaScript, APIs, hosting, and DNS).
• Hands-on experience with

  Squarespace, WordPress, or similar platforms

  preferred.
