Job Description

Job Opening: SAP Learning Support Specialist

Experience:

Maximum Budget

The role involves providing technical support to global customers using SAP Learning platforms, including the Training Shop and Certification Hub.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve technical issues related to SAP Learning platforms, Training Shop, and Certification Hub
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through the ticketing system
Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively
Collaborate with global support teams and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
Take complete ownership of issues and drive them to timely resolution
Identify root causes of incidents and prepare detailed analysis reports
Continuously improve service and support processes to enhance efficiency
Run and deliver customized learning usage and on-demand reports for customers
Support internal projects in collaboration with other support teams
Provide feedback to technical and product teams for platform and process improvements
Ensure compliance with GDPR and global operational standards

Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Desired Candidate Profile

25 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment with international voice processes (blended support)
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (BCA / B.Tech / B.E.)
Strong experience in customer engagement and escalation management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Immediate joiners will be given preference
