Software Project Manager

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors. Monitor and track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Report on project status, progress, and issues to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to development processes, coding standards, and QA protocols. Facilitate problem resolution and ensure team alignment and productivity. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management within a software development environment. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Microsoft Project, or equivalents. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or other relevant certifications. Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Exposure to UI/UX design principles and product lifecycle management. Why Join Us ?
