Software Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will bring your extensive experience of at least 14 to 17 years and 2+ years in Technical project management roles to drive fixed bid projects. You will be responsible for understanding technical components and their dependencies, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing execution plans, and ensuring timely delivery. Your role will involve planning, monitoring, and driving project execution while providing effective status and progress metrics to relevant stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding technical aspects and solutions in Product engineering from inception to deployment. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to establish a roadmap and facilitate technical decisions or trade-offs to ensure clarity across teams. Utilizing your SDLC experience, technical background, and product knowledge, you will proactively identify risks, issues, and drive their resolution. Additionally, you will drive process adoption, analyze current processes and practices, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fellow Project/Program managers, Engineering, and Cloud Operations team will be essential to collaborate and ensure timely project delivery. You will also coordinate with internal Security groups for vulnerability management, code security, and drive security posture improvement. Furthermore, you will accurately estimate and provide input into the forecast budget and resource demand, understand the change management process, and possess a strong understanding of risk management and stakeholder management skills.
