Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead for software applications, automation, data management, and analytics, your role involves leading and mentoring a team of software developers, data engineers, and automation experts. You will provide technical guidance, feedback, and support while collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions. Your responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable, maintainable, and efficient software and data systems, implementing best practices and coding standards, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as a technical expert advocating for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project requirements and feasibility, and develop technical diagrams. - Lead the planning, design, and implementation of software, automation, and data management solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security needs. - Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience as a technical lead in software development, automation, or data management. - Strong technical expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the project. - Experience with agile project management, development methodologies, and tools. - Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Knowledge of database administration, system architecture, design, and network administration. - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.,
