Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with strong full-stack development expertise (5+ years) and proven experience in leading teams and client communication. This is a hybrid role where you will contribute to hands-on development while also handling project management responsibilities. You will work under the Solution Manager and collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams. The role involves driving project execution, leading Agile ceremonies, managing client expectations, and ensuring delivery quality — all while continuing to solve technical challenges. This position is ideal for a senior developer who has already demonstrated leadership and wants to transition into a career that blends technology with project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Contribution Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Laravel, or Node.js. Build modern, responsive frontends with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Debug complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, cloud environments, and deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding, security, and architectural standards.
• Project Management & Leadership Work with the Solution Manager to align project goals with business and client needs.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to refine technical scope and resolve challenges. Participate in client meetings to clarify requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives). Maintain updated project boards, statuses, and dependencies.
• Prepare project plans, delivery timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Ensure smooth coordination across developers, QA, and DevOps for successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Python, Laravel, or Node.js + React/Angular).
• Strong expertise in SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor developers.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Good to Have Experience in project estimations, planning, and coordination.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and automation pipelines.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Cloud technologies.
• Experience in documentation, reporting, and project presentations.
• Background in AI/ML, IoT, or other emerging technologies.
