Role Overview:

Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications
Manage Agile processes sprint planning, backlog, JIRA tracking
Collaborate with DE/BI/QA teams for solution design & delivery
Design KPIs, dashboards, and support data-driven decisioning
Suggest GenAI-driven use cases (GPTs, RAG, LLMs, text-to-SQL)

Expectations:

Strong BA & project management capabilities
Excellent communication and business-facing skills
Ability to analyze complex data/processes and propose improvements
Exposure to GenAI concepts is an advantage
