Role Overview
We are seeking a technically strong, marketing-savvy Content Writer to join our Alliance/Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our partner ecosystem (software vendors, channel partners, solution partners) to create compelling technical and marketing-content assets — case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, partner-co-branded campaigns, solution briefs, partner training collateral, and more. You will translate partner technology capabilities and Intelli Platforms service offerings into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and partner audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for partner-marketing programs: co-branded campaigns, solution briefs, partner portals, demand-gen collateral.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams (e.g., vendors, ISVs, channel partners) to define messaging, positioning, narrative threads, and deliverables.
- Write and edit technical + marketing content: whitepapers, e-books, blogs, solution briefs, case studies, infographics, video scripts, webinars.
- Translate complex technical topics (cloud migration, observability, network infrastructure, managed services, etc.) into accessible and persuasive formats.
- Partner with internal service/solution architects and delivery teams to gather inputs, use cases, proof-points, partner references, and customer stories.
- Ensure consistency of voice, brand guidelines, partner brand compliance, and accuracy of technical detail.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital channels, and work with demand-gen/marketing operations on distribution, measurement, and performance.
- Support partner enablement: create training decks, cheat sheets, one-pagers for sales/partner-enablement teams.
- Monitor partner/ecosystem trends, competitor content, and market messaging to keep our partner marketing content fresh and relevant.
Ideal Candidate Profile -
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years (or more) of content writing experience in a B2B technology / IT services / partner-marketing environment.
- Proven ability to write both strong technical and persuasive marketing content.
- Experience working with technology partners (ISVs, vendors, channel ecosystem) or within the partner-marketing function.
- Comfortable with IT topics: cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), networking, IoT, observability/monitoring, managed services, enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong research skills, ability to interview technical SMEs, and distil insights into clear narratives.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, editing skills, ability to adapt tone/format for different contexts (blogs, long-form e-books, enablement decks).
- Good project-management skills: managing multiple content pieces, coordinating with partner teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and digital marketing metrics is a bonus.
