Position Overview

Technical Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

🎯

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Estimations (30%)

  • Lead estimations based on client inputs and business analysis.
  • Coordinate with Delivery VP and resolve estimation review issues.
  • Ensure feasibility, commercial viability, and delivery alignment.

2. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Ownership (50%)

  • Attend discovery calls to gather business needs and goals.
  • Draft MoMs, feature lists, and workflows after client discussions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, SoWs, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for mockups/wireframes.
  • Manage pre-sales end-to-end—from initial interaction to delivery handover.

3. CRM Management & Reporting (20%)

  • Maintain opportunity tracking and forecasting in

    HubSpot CRM

  • Log communication, update deal status, and highlight risks.
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery for pipeline health tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of Business Analyst experience in IT services or product engineering, preferably in pre-sales.
  • Strong in requirements gathering, estimation, costing, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on with

    Figma

    ,

    HubSpot CRM

    , and AI-driven tools.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented; adept at turning complex needs into clear documentation.
  • Proficient in drafting feature lists, workflows, MoMs, SoWs, etc.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
