Overall 10+ years of working experience in ServiceNow platform
Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM))
Expertise in ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) module and related tools
Knowledge of ServiceNow development (Scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies and Integrations, Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio)
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, API Integrations and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning .
Proven experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced, complex environment
Advanced reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow using Performance Analytics and other reporting tools
Knowledge on OpenText PPM

GOOD TO HAVE:

Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile and other industry standard frameworks for portfolio and project management
Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies
Knowledge on ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules of ServiceNow

Certifications Required

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
