Role: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore

Role Overview

ServiceNow NOW Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the
end-to-end ServiceNow architecture
across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
Lead platform strategy and adoption of
latest NOW platform offerings
including GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
Translate enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow designs.
Govern ServiceNow development standards, integration patterns, and platform performance.
Provide technical guidance to developers and module leads across multiple business domains.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business leaders to ensure alignment.
Conduct platform roadmap planning, release management, and upgrade strategies.
Drive
AI/automation initiatives
leveraging ServiceNow’s latest AI features for predictive and prescriptive insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps).
Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI features: GenAI, Process Optimization, Predictive Intelligence.
Deep understanding of integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Event Management).
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect / Technical Architect preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
