As a Technical Architect at Psiog Digital, a boutique technology consulting and services organization based in Chennai, you will be a key player in shaping the technical direction of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - **Architectural Design & Strategy**: - Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures aligned with business objectives. - Define technical standards, patterns, and guidelines for development teams. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance efficiency. - **Software Development & Leadership**: - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Actively participate in critical software development phases and ensure codebase quality, performance, and maintainability. - **System Integration**: - Design and implement integration strategies for various systems, applications, and platforms. - Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs and troubleshoot complex integration issues. - **Project Oversight & Delivery**: - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical scope. - Ensure technical feasibility, resource planning, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and propose effective solutions. - **Client Engagement & Communication**: - Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, explaining complex technical concepts clearly. - Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications. - Build strong client relationships through effective communication and a commitment to value delivery. **Qualifications**: - **Required Skills & Experience**: - Proven expertise in software development, design, and integration. - Demonstrable experience in cloud platform development and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Strong proficiency in full-stack application development in either .NET or Java ecosystems. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment. **Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications**: - Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). - Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases and relational databases. - Prior leadership experience in a technical role.
