Description
The Technical Account Manager at LRN plays a crucial role in providing technical expertise to clients and ensuring a seamless integration process. As a tech-savvy professional, you will be responsible for communicating complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Your goal-driven approach will drive you to achieve defined objectives and recommend optimal solutions to meet client needs within the LRN Learning Management System (LMS). Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for technical integrations for existing clients, ensuring smooth integration processes and addressing any technical challenges promptly. - Serve as the dedicated technical account manager for clients requiring extended onboarding team services, acting as their main contact for all technical and platform-related matters. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, assess feasibility, and develop customized solutions to effectively meet client needs. - Lead the technical implementation process for clients, coordinating activities across different teams to ensure successful execution within set timelines. - Provide proactive support and guidance to clients on platform usage, configuration, and optimization to maximize the value derived from LRN services. - Conduct regular client check-ins to evaluate satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or additional services. - Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback, prioritize feature requests, and contribute to platform enhancements based on client needs and market trends. - Participate in developing standardized operational processes, documentation, and best practices related to technical integrations and client support. - Identify, assess, and manage potential risks associated with technical integrations, developing contingency plans to mitigate adverse impacts on project outcomes. - Prepare and communicate regular project updates, technical reports, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in LMS implementation or learning program coordination. - Bachelor's or master's degree in instructional design, education technology, project management, or business administration. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions are essential for successful project management. - Deep understanding of e-learning technologies, industry standards, and best practices, with familiarity in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Certification in project management such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner is advantageous.
