Technical Account Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Account-Delivery Manager to lead client engagements and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for strategic client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered outcomes
• Manage project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction
• Lead pre-sales efforts and contribute to solution design

Qualifications

• 12 - 18 years of total work experience
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience working with an IT services organization as project manager or delivery manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as software engineer or technical lead
• Strong technical and functional acumen
• Exposure/experience with GenAI & Agentic AI
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment
