Job Description

​We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and resolving technical queries from our clients after the onboarding process. You will be the primary point of contact for technical communication with client tech SPOCs.


Responsibilities:


  1. Client Support:

    Address and resolve technical queries from existing clients related to our APIs and services.
  2. Analysis:

    Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.
  3. Technical Communication:

    Maintain effective communication with clients' technical points of contact to ensure smooth problem resolution.
  4. Issue Resolution:

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  6. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the internal tech team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Feedback:

    Gather and relay client feedback to help improve our APIs and services.
  8. Training:

    Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.


Requirements:1


. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology company or IT environment.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

. Previous experience in a tech support or client-facing technical role is a plus.
