Job Description

As a Tech Support Specialist at our fast-growing tech company, you will be the primary contact for technical issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions while contributing to the overall customer experience. Your role will involve working closely with the team to provide top-notch support, troubleshoot problems, and continuously improve our processes. Adaptability, leadership, and technical expertise will be key to your success. - Manage support KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. - Respond to technical and product-related inquiries via email, live chat, and phone (Aircall/Intercom). - Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements. - Maintain and update our knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting guides. - 2-5 years of experience in tech support or a customer-facing role. - Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of API's, JavaScript, Python and/or SQL. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.,
