About the Role:

Tech Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the
technology operations team
, including IT, infrastructure, and DevOps staff.
Oversee the
availability, scalability, and performance
of all production and internal systems.
Ensure
IT infrastructure, applications, and networks
operate securely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Develop and maintain
operational policies, procedures, and best practices
for technology management.
Implement and monitor
incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with
cybersecurity and data protection policies
.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to streamline
release management, deployments, and system monitoring
.

Preferred Qualifications:.

Certifications such as
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA Network+/Security+
.
Experience in
SaaS, fintech, or cloud-native
environments.
Familiarity with
container orchestration tools
(Docker, Kubernetes).
Background in
automation scripting
(Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with
enterprise monitoring, backup, and DR tools
.
Previous experience scaling IT operations in a
fast-growing or global organization
.
