About the Role:

Tech Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee and manage daily
technology operations
across infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and IT teams.
Ensure
system uptime, performance, and reliability
through proactive monitoring and incident management.
Develop and maintain
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
, ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices.
Lead
incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity
efforts.
Manage and improve
IT service delivery
, ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
Implement
automation and process optimization
to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA Network+/Security+

Experience with
automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Exposure to
SaaS or cloud-native environments

Understanding of
