Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations, oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities, and coordinate with lower-level specialists.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
Analyze and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop new solutions and projects, sharing best practices and advice with colleagues.
Supervise and coordinate a mixed team of Specialist and Support roles, managing full employee lifecycle responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in operations management, focusing on CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Experience working in a call center or similar environment, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
