Tech Lead | Equity-Only Founding Role

Snuggle is building the future of fashion—a sustainable, subscription-based platform that allows users to wear a new outfit everyday for whole month while solving the environmental crisis of fast fashion. We're at the pre-seed stage with a partially built tech stack and a validated business model, and we need a technical leader to take ownership of our engineering roadmap, drive product development, and scale our platform as we launch.

• Own and lead the complete technical architecture across web and mobile platforms using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Build and manage a lean development team, setting engineering standards, sprint planning, and code review processes
• Drive feature development across multiple interconnected platforms—user-facing mobile apps, partner portals, and backend systems
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities for personalization, demand forecasting, and intelligent recommendations to enhance user experience
• Collaborate directly with the founder to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Make critical technology decisions—cloud infrastructure, security, third-party integrations, and API design
• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and data integrity as we scale from pilot to multi-city operations

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building full stack applications with the MERN stack (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB)
• Demonstrated experience or strong enthusiasm for AI/ML integration—whether building recommendation engines, working with LLMs, computer vision, or predictive models
• Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end, from architecture design through deployment and maintenance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment where you wear multiple hats
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action—you ship quickly, iterate based on feedback, and own outcomes
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: Experience with logistics/operations tech, marketplace platforms, or subscription-based products

• This is a full time, equity only role with no salary during the pre-seed phase; ideal for someone who believes in the mission and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up
• Based in Delhi NCR; flexibility on working hours, but strong collaboration and ownership expected
