Role Overview

Tech Lead / Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design and development of
client-facing applications
and
internal automation tools
.
Architect scalable systems with secure storage and processing of financial data.
Build integrations with financial platforms (Zoho CRM, MF Utilities, CAMS, Investwell, payment gateways, etc.).
Collaborate with business teams to translate financial workflows into digital products.
Establish coding standards, development processes, and mentor future hires.

Requirements

Experience
: 5–8 years in full-stack development (fintech/enterprise/startup experience is a strong plus).
Strong backend expertise:
Node.js / Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
.
Solid frontend development skills:
React / Angular / Vue
.
Hands-on with
REST APIs, microservices, and database design
(MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB).
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
Startup mindset: ability to
own, execute, and iterate fast
with limited resources.
