Role Overview

Tech Lead / Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of

  client-facing applications

  and

  internal automation tools

  .
• Architect scalable systems with secure storage and processing of financial data.
• Build integrations with financial platforms (Zoho CRM, MF Utilities, CAMS, Investwell, payment gateways, etc.).
• Collaborate with business teams to translate financial workflows into digital products.
• Establish coding standards, development processes, and mentor future hires.

Requirements

• Experience

  : 5–8 years in full-stack development (fintech/enterprise/startup experience is a strong plus).
• Strong backend expertise:

  Node.js / Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

  .
• Solid frontend development skills:

  React / Angular / Vue

  .
• Hands-on with

  REST APIs, microservices, and database design

  (MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB).
• Exposure to

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
• Startup mindset: ability to

  own, execute, and iterate fast

  with limited resources.
