Tech Engineer (Full-Stack)

Role in a Snapshot

hands-on, 0→1 build role.

You will architect and develop the core technology backbone for Lushescapes – including the customer app, the engagement and experience calendar, platform integrations, and website technology.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves building from scratch
• Thinks in systems and user journeys
• Wants to see their work directly shape a brand’s product DNA

What You’ll Do

1. Core Platform & Architecture

• Design and develop the first version of Lushescapes’ tech stack (app + backend + integrations).
• Architect secure, modular, and scalable systems suitable for a UHNI audience.
• Implement authentication, encrypted storage, user roles, and secure document vaults.
  

2. Mobile App (iOS + Android)

Build and refine core app flows, including:

• Traveller profiles and preferences
• Travel document vault (visas, bookings, confirmations)
• Concierge communication and trip updates
• SOS and critical support features

Ensure a clean, intuitive, and luxury-grade UX in collaboration with design and product.

3. Experience Discovery & Engagement

• Build the experience calendar and discovery engine
• Implement smart filters, tags, metadata, and mapping
• Lay groundwork for personalisation and intelligent recommendations
  

4. Website & Ecosystem

• Develop the website as a tech-integrated front end, not just a static brochure
• Ensure backend connectivity across content, lead capture, enquiry workflows, and analytics
• Integrate third-party services (CRM, messaging, analytics, and future payments)
  

What You Bring

• 3–7 years

  of hands-on engineering experience building and shipping products
• Strong full-stack capability — comfort with some of the following is helpful:
• React / Next.js / Node.js / Flutter (or equivalent modern frameworks)
• Firebase / AWS / GCP / Supabase
• REST APIs + third-party integrations (auth, maps, storage, messaging, payments)
• Solid grounding in data security, encryption, and safe handling of user data
• Experience building mobile-first systems
• Ability to translate business requirements and user journeys into clean technical architecture
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with personalisation engines or AI-driven features
• Background in travel tech, hospitality, fintech, or premium consumer platforms
• Startup / 0→1 experience
