Summary: As an experienced SAP Concur Specialist with Certified Implementation Professional (CIP) credentials to manage and optimize Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Concur system implementation, configuration, and integration, with a strong understanding of corporate travel and expense management practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Serve as the Concur Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on best practices and system capabilities. Integrate Concur solutions with ERP and HR systems to ensure seamless data flow. Maintain and optimize Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request). Provide user training, create documentation, and ensure adoption across teams. Monitor policy compliance, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities. Troubleshoot issues, liaise with SAP Concur Support, and manage product updates. Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to optimize expense management processes Professional & Technical Skills: CIP Certification in SAP Concur (mandatory). 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur system administration or implementation. Strong understanding of global travel, expense, and invoice management processes. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and system integrations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of expense compliance regulations and audit requirements. Knowledge in reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI) but not mandatory Experience in multi-country/global Concur deployments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Concur. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
