Job responsibility
- Responsible for providing technical support for SMSC, IN, MNP & STP operations
- Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution for DLT/DNC, Tollfree, SMS and MNP Services
- Key Responsibilities include: -
- Technical Support: End to End support for fault & incident management of SMSC, IN, MNP & STP operations
- Service Delivery & Change Management: Configurations in various SMSC, IN, MNP & STP operations
- Fault & Incident Management: Alarm handling & ticketing, Call flow analysis, customer complaint handling, resolution.
- Problem Management: ticket/complaint/incident resolution, SIP, RCA, CAPA.
- MIS: Maintaining/preparing DSR and other relevant data.
- MIS: Prepare and present relevant reports based on the laid down process.
- Operational support: Provide support to customers and other stakeholders related to delivery, service assurance, fault management, complaint resolution etc.
- Incident Management: call/ SMS flow analysis & resolution.
- Change Management: Call routing, Service and IP NW changes.
- Fault Management: ticket acknowledging, routing, resolving, and closing.
- Candidate should possess strong technical skills in OS - Linux /IBM/DELL Servers, Shell scripting and REDIS and SQL databases.
- Handling Candidates should have strong skills in various protocols like SIP, SS7, Diameter, SOAP etc.
- Knowledge on Virtual server technology (Oracle OVM) will be having advantage.
- Candidate should be well versed with knowledge of IP Routing/MPLS and Traffic Engineering, QOS.
- Any domain knowledge on EIN (Enterprise IN) /SIP call flows/STP and SMSC (A2P SMSC)
- Preventive maintenance /Backups to be carried out as per Schedules.
- Support in Internal and External Audits and good knowledge on Process- ISMS/ISO/BCMS
- Need to work with All Other Operators Personnel for day-to-day Issues and new Integrations.
- Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in VOIP, PSTN & IP telephony.
- Knowledge of UCAAS/UCC will have added advantages.
- Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
- Candidates should be open for shift work, including nights and weekends.

Skills
- People should have 4 to 7 years’ experience in NOC/TAC Operations & Maintenance
- Any domain knowledge on EIN (Enterprise IN) /SIP call flows/STP and SMSC (A2P SMSC)

- Good Knowledge on Shell scripting and REDIS and SQL databases.
