Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Build a team of 10-15 sales reps from scratch to drive enrollments for the programs offered by the company.
Take full accountability of your monthly quota and also drive monthly revenue target from the team
Motivate team members, help them get closures and drive them towards top revenue numbers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
Set a high performance team culture where team members feel valued and driven.
Give constant feedback to sales reps on call quality and keep a strong tab on maintaining quality of calls.
Work with Reporting Management in aligning the team towards the organization goal.

Competencies:

Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C Sales with 10+ crore annual targets.
Experience in handling a sales team with 20+ associates, and leads/ATLs.
Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.
Highly self motivated, able to work with a target driven mindset.
Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
MBA preferred, not mandatory
