Team manager roles and responsibilities real estate company

Team managers at a real estate company are responsible for driving sales and performance through direct leadership and strategic oversight. Their core duties include motivating agents, setting team goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Team leadership and management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor agents: A key responsibility is to build a cohesive, high-performing team by recruiting new talent and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Set goals and track performance: Team managers set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. They use sales figures and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and motivate staff: They foster a positive and collaborative team environment by addressing internal conflicts and keeping agents motivated to achieve their targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews: Regular performance evaluations are necessary to provide constructive feedback to agents on their individual successes and challenges.

Sales strategy and execution

  • Develop sales plans: Team managers devise and implement strategic sales plans to help their agents meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Generate and distribute leads: They oversee the generation of new business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to their agents.
  • Analyze market trends: By staying up-to-date on market conditions, pricing, and competitor activities, managers can equip their agents with valuable insights.
  • Assist with complex transactions: For complicated deals or negotiations, the team manager provides guidance and steps in to help their agents close sales.

Client and company relations
