Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTON: TEAM LEADER - GURUGRAM

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Team Leader Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Drive end-to-end
bulk hiring
for field sales roles and ensure timely onboarding.
Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the right talent through job portals, referrals, field activities, and local networks.
Monitor recruitment metrics and take corrective actions when needed to meet SLAs.
Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain a talent pipeline and update the internal database with candidate information.
Conduct initial screening and interviews when needed and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Train and upskill junior recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation standards.

Requirements:

4 to 5 years
of overall recruitment experience, with a minimum of
1 to 1.5 years in a team-leading role
.
Proven expertise in
bulk hiring
, especially for
field sales
or frontline positions.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(verbal and written).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Comfortable with a
6-day working schedule
.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience working in high-paced hiring environments such as BFSI, telecom, logistics, or staffing.
