Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat.Should have knowledge of Lean six sigma green belt certification content.Minimum 1.5 years experience as Team Lead (On papers)Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.Joining Date : Immediate joiner> 30 Days.Must be a graduate
