Role Overview: As a Team Leader Operations for the SBI banking process in Shivajinagar (EH), Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the smooth functioning of domestic contact centers. Your role will involve handling day-to-day operations and ensuring that team members meet their targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of individuals to achieve operational targets in the banking process - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, changes, and expectations Qualifications Required: - Graduation from any recognized University - Minimum 4+ years of overall experience, with at least 1 year as a team leader in a domestic contact center for the banking process - Knowledge of Mutual funds will be an added advantage - Fluent in English and Hindi communications - Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 day off on a rotational basis - Must be willing to work from the office location in Bangalore Additional Company Details: The salary range for this position is between 4LPA to 5LPA, depending on your last drawn salary. Immediate joiners from Bangalore are preferred for this role.,
