Team Leader - Operations

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and streamline business operations, ensure service excellence, and drive organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of liaison and consulting services. Develop and implement processes, SOPs, and performance standards to improve efficiency. Manage and mentor teams across telesales, client servicing, and back-office functions. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery. Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and service quality benchmarks. Identify gaps in workflow and recommend process improvements. Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution of client issues. Manage vendor, partner, and client relationships to support business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach. Proficient in MS Office and operational tools (CRM, ERP preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Experience in liaison, consulting, or client servicing domains will be preferred. Proven track record of process optimization and team leadership.
