Senior Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering value-driven services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services. Handle inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management team. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Identify new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement. Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and terms to clients. Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively and professionally. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Persuasive and confident telephone manner with strong negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good listening skills and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 5+ years of telesales/telemarketing/customer service experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Prior experience in sales, liaison services, or consulting will be an added advantage.
