Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers via calls to explain products/services and close sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth. What We’re Looking FoR Minimum 3 years of telesales/inside sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in sales. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
