We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Tele Sales Executive to lead conversions, build strong customer relationships, and support team performance. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and mentoring junior team members. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed sales. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Provide guidance and support to tele-sales executives when required. Share feedback from customers to improve sales strategies. Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
