Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information about our services/products to potential customers via WhatsApp chat CRM or calls, based on the customer's preference. You will be required to thoroughly understand and communicate the details from our proposal PDF to ensure accurate information is provided. Key Responsibilities: Provide product/service information through WhatsApp chat CRM or calls. Thoroughly understand and communicate the details of our proposal PDF. Assist customers with queries and guide them through our offerings. Track and manage customer interactions using CRM tools. Achieve sales targets and earn incentives based on total sales. Requirements: Strong communication skills (phone and written). Ability to understand and explain product/service details clearly. Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp business tools. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Incentives: Based on total sales generated. Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
