Job Description

Key Responsibilities


- Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers

- Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product suite

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

- Mentor junior tele sales staff and support training initiatives

- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance

- Resolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy



Required Skills & Qualifications


- 3–5 years of proven tele sales experience, preferably in the dot-com or tech sector

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
