Job Description

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. Key Responsibilities:Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and record management. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support staff with documentation, reports, and presentation preparation. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications:Minimum 10+2 / Graduate degree (preferred). Prior experience in administration or office support is an advantage.
