As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, supporting, and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service standards and a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the team to ensure efficient operations - Managing and improving team performance - Providing training and development opportunities for team members - Analyzing reports and data to drive improvements - Ensuring a high level of customer experience - Resolving conflicts and issues within the team - Keeping the team engaged and motivated - Adhering to and improving processes To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Proven experience in management and leadership roles within a customer service environment - Strong supervisory skills focused on performance management - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to analyze customer service metrics and make improvements - Multilingual capabilities are a plus - Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members effectively This full-time, permanent position requires at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO company.
