Job Description

As a proactive and dynamic Team Leader at the company, your role will involve supervising, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve performance goals and deliver high-quality results. Your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for team development and operational excellence, will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, coach, and mentor the team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity. - Monitor daily operations and team performance against KPIs and SLAs. - Efficiently allocate tasks and manage workflows to meet deadlines. - Track individual and team performance metrics and conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews. - Identify training needs and support learning initiatives. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team effectively. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Act as a communication bridge between team members and upper management. - Prepare and present reports on team performance, challenges, and achievements. - Ensure smooth handoffs between shifts/departments if applicable. **Qualification Required:** - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Conflict resolution and problem-solving capability - Time management and task prioritization skills - High level of integrity and accountability - Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach - Strong sales acumen and customer handling abilities **Educational Qualification / Other Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
