Team Leader - Customer Support

As a Customer Care Executive at our company, your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for: - Providing splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. - Having sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly. - Improving the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers" issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately. - Ensuring that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers. - Suggesting effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction. - Ensuring that customers" confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Executive. - Good communication skills. - Graduate/Undergraduate. - Decent computer knowledge required.
