Team Leader Seller Support :

CTC Upto 5.75 LPA

Team Leader KEY Account Management (E- Commerce)

Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) handling e-commerce sellers

Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets

Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution

Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team

Maintain team motivation and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met

Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel.

CTC Upto 7.2 LPA
