Team Lead

As a Team Lead based in Chiplun, you will have a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibilities will include managing team performance, coordinating tasks, providing mentoring and coaching, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. In addition, you will be responsible for effective communication with management and stakeholders, as well as optimizing team workflow and processes.
