. Make sure excellent services are provided to customer by team
. Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction
. Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained
. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions.
. Liaising with other departments for the follow up and timely resolution of customer requests and complaints
. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service executives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
