Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
Drive performance metrics such as CSAT, SLA adherence, AHT, FCR, and Quality scores
Monitor and control shrinkage and attrition
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Ensure smooth floor operations and timely issue resolution
Collaborate with quality, training, and workforce team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an international BPO process
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Willingness to work in rotational shift
