Requirements Role Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Sales to head our academic counselling and student enrolment efforts. This leadership role involves managing a team of academic counsellors, optimizing enrolment processes, and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to foster meaningful student and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of academic counsellors to consistently achieve and surpass enrolment goals while maintaining high levels of efficiency and professionalism. Conduct regular evaluations of team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement. Oversee the complete student enrolment lifecycle—from the initial student interaction to successful onboarding. Strategically assist students in navigating course selection, application steps, and decision-making based on their career goals and academic interests. Ensure a healthy pipeline of prospective students through strong relationship-building, consistent follow-ups, and impactful communication. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks within the enrolment process, enhancing overall conversion rates by working in collaboration with Operations and Service teams for seamless post-enrolment experiences. Represent the program's mission and values with integrity while interacting with students, parents, and external stakeholders. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track team performance, monitor enrolment trends, and refine strategies for continuous growth. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in core business development or sales, preferably in the education sector. Demonstrated success in sales, market penetration, and revenue growth. Skills: Strong strategic planning and business development expertise. Experience in managing operations and process optimization. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities. Competence in budgeting and financial oversight. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across multiple locations and countries as needed. Language Proficiency: Fluency in a relevant language for target markets, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
