Experience- 15 to 20 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing of Boilers.
Understand customer needs, generate enquiries and develop a competitive proposal.
Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyse key market trends.
Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target.
Achieve targets as per Annual Business Plan.
Track and report sales and marketing activities.
Analyse and report market trends.
Market mapping and tracking competition.
Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development.
Critical Competencies for the Job:
Product / Application Knowledge of Capital equipments.
Knowledge of Boiler.
Ability to work in Teams.
Understand engineering drawings, P & ID's, documentation procedure.
Networking and interpersonal skills.
Result oriented.
Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Analytical skills.
Open to travel for business requirements
Futuristic skills which might require in case of advancement in role / position:
Should have exposure to Boilers & allied products for future product development.
Actively work on building brand & image of Thermax.
Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
Build and manage relationships with large corporates / business houses /consultants / EPC Companies
